what they do is taking a lookfrom outer space to come to better know the world we live in. kind of taking a distance to understand ... and the work they have to do afterwards is retaking this knowledge to spread it here ... research and teaching ... fundamental principals of a university are being involved into this process - but also marketing and selling themselves ... getting to knowledge and re-open themselves and this knowledge to others ...
in some kind, this can be retaken to some design-principles ... i hope and guess ... to get to this knowledge, the team has to isolate itself and still has to re-open ... introversion vs extroversion ... again ...
